In this day and age, word of mouth (or email) spreads better than any advertising money can buy, so if you are a satisfied customer please share my site with your friends!
I do understand that you can not please everyone all the time, so if there is a problem with your purchase please refer to these guidelines:
It is our policy to accept returns on items that are in the original packaging, in a re-sellable condition. If you purchased something that wasn't what you thought it was going to be or the wrong size, shape, color, duplicate gift, etc. You may return it within 3 days of delivery.
You are responsible for shipping costs and there are NO REFUNDS on shipping.
Every customer is given the option to purchase shipping insurance, it is a small price to pay for piece of mind. Click here for the current insurance rates. If your item is damaged or lost during shipment, there will be no refunds given if you didn't purchase insurance.
Most orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days. Some items are shipped as quickly as the same day, depending on time of payment. I do ship on Saturdays, but not on holidays when the post office is closed.
Shipping prices are calculated automatically through my shopping cart provider. The prices are set as accurately as possible according to the USPS rates. However, sometimes there are miscalculations. Please note that I do my best to give you fair shipping prices and if you are overcharged for shipping I will issue a refund in the amount you are over charged. I pack and ship each item myself so there is no need to contact me if you suspect you've been overcharged, I will automatically take care of it should it occur. I will also automatically "bump" your shipment up to Priority if it is the less expensive option, (because sometimes it is).
Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00pm EST. I do answer emails during off business hours, but it is not guaranteed.
I do charge sales tax for orders shipped to the state of Ohio. That is where I am located and it is the law. I am not responsible for taxes, customs and duties if you live outside of Ohio, that is your responsibility to know what they are and pay them if required.
There are numerous options for contacting me on my website via email please use those venues. If you feel that your email has not been received, my personal email address is Krissy@yourmemorieshere.com, but should only be used when all others have failed as it won't get you a quicker response.
Finally, this is an online store and as such, I am bound by the limits of technology. Computer errors happen, power failure happens and of course human error happens. I will take care of these problems as quickly as possible but some things are just out of our hands.
