What payment methods do you accept? TOP
We accept money order, cashier's checks, personal checks (with a 7 day hold) credit cards via Paypal, electronic check via Paypal and gift certificates which can be purchased on this site.

Do I need a paypal account to use my credit card? TOP
No, You can pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) — all without having a PayPal account. You will enter your account information on Paypal's secure payment processing page, you will then review and complete your purchase.

Why am I being charged sales tax? TOP

If you are from the state of Ohio, you are charged a state sales tax because that is where my business is located and that is the law. I am requared to collect taxes on all sales inside the state. In most states you are required or expected to pay a "use tax" on all internet or mail order purchases to your state.

Can I arrage pick up if I live local? TOP
Yes, but in order to checkout and process payment you must select a shipping option. Enter in the special instructions box that you wish to arrange pick up. If you are paying by Pay Pal (either credit card or e-check) I will issue you a refund. If you are paying by personal check or money order, just deduct the shipping charges before you make out the payment amount.

How do I know if my order has shipped? TOP
You should receive an email (to the email address that is attached to your payment method - ex. your paypal account) with the tracking # as soon as your order ships. While the tracking information isn't always up to date on the exact whereabouts of your order it does confirm that your order has shipped and usually the anticipated delivery date.

What is a pre-order? TOP
A pre-order simply means that we don not have the item physically in stock yet, but is on order from the manufacturer. You are agreeing to pay for the item to hold it for you while we await for it to arrive. Usually pre-orders involve special sale pricing or free shipping options.

An item I'm interested in is out of stock, when will it become available? TOP
If an item you would like to purchase is out of stock, please email me for a quote on it's expected arrival. Sometimes out of stock items aren't re-ordered right away because they aren't "high demand" items.

Do you offer layaway? TOP
Yes, if have a large purchase I will accept payments and hold your item until it is paid in full. If, however, you stop making regular payments towards the purchase or more than a month passes without a payment, I will cancel the transaction and reund your money minus a 20% restocking fee.
